Tim has helped hundreds of clients meet their real estate goals since he started in 1975. He has sold over $52 million in homes, commercial properties, and vacant land.  He is a licensed managing broker at RSVP Real Estate (Washington State License # 5821) and is licensed in California as well. He is a Zillow dot com five-star Premier Agent.  

Tim’s background provides the essential tools to make him one of the top leading real estate brokers in the area. His marketing is beyond reproach including photography, video, web page design and the presentation of your property listing. Tim uses a helicopter to photograph and compile video of property listing and compiles YouTube videos to get your property noticed on the internet.  

Tim’s knowledge of the area coupled with 30+ years of experience assures Buyers they will learn all about the area; will locate the home of their dreams, and will close the sale according to their needs.   

He graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington  with a B. S. Degree (major emphasis on economics); attended Seattle University working on a master in business administration; Edmonds Community College studying Construction Management and Business law; and completed the paralegal studies at Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon, Washington.

He was the engineer-construction supervisor for a major international corporation supervising 119 team players; a Washington State Licensed General Contractor for 14 years building single and multi-family residences, commercial buildings, and building renovation; certified hazardous materials abatement contractor with the State of Washington and has been in the real estate industry since 1975. Tim was in the residential rental business as well managing his 18-rental units.  He sold the rentals just before the “real estate meltdown” and no longer purchases rental properties because he believes it may be a potential conflict of interest with his clients.

Tim was featured in the National Real Estate Magazine “Realtor Today” for his ability to sell hard to sell properties. The magazine presented a full page article on Tim.

Tim is a goal orientated person who, when representing you in a real estate transaction, uses the benefits of years of experience and training to help you meet you real estate goals …he will listen to you and provide feedback on all aspects of your real estate transaction with him.

He is a licensed pilot, scuba diver, photographer, web page designer, builds computer systems, installs computer network systems, mountain climber, backpacker, boater, and loves to travel.

His training and experience in general contracting and building codes, hazardous material identification and removal, real estate law, contract law, negotiating, photography, and a desire to do the best job possible guarantees you that you will achieve the results you desire.  Tim realizes that none of the above traits will obtain the necessary results unless it is coupled with the desire to do the very best job for his clients.

Tim uses the latest technology in his real estate business to meet the needs of his clients.  His web pages feature the latest in interactive map home search technology which provide data on area demographics, all the homes on the market, all the sold listings, and real estate statistics.  Tim has constructed a full real estate mobile office for his busy clients.  The mobile office is equipped with a full sized built-in  desktop computer, printer, scanner, fax, and e-mail.   The mobile office allows his clients to view all the homes for sale, write the contract, print the contract, sign the contract, scan the contract and send it to the listing agent right from the driveway of the home his client wants to purchase.  In fact, if you are pressured for time, we can contact the listing agent and present the offer, negotiate, and get the contract “signed around” right in the driveway (click on photo for a larger view).
